J2EE Project Leader (SZM-7) 
======================

Location: Mumbai 
Exp.: Above 7 years 
Reporting to Sr. Project Manager 
Total Team Size: 6-9 

- The candidate will be responsible for delivering product for enterprise customers, capturing 
customer requirement, estimation, delivery management, soultion fit mapping, risk management, 
team/people management.
- He/She should possess J2EE technical skills of developing enterprise product development, 
management / leadership experience of  at least 4+ years.
- He/She should be able to manage customized product delivery by being Single point of 
contract.
- The candidate should have exposure to JAVA, J2EE, XML, UML, RDBMS and Web 
Interface.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence will be an added plus. 

Annual Compensation: Between 6 to 12 lacs PA

J2EE System Designer / Architect (SZM-6) 
================================

Location: Mumbai 

Experience desired:  6+ years experience in systems design with at least 3 years as tech lead in 
large projects. Location: Mumbai. 

Job Specification: 
- Experience in design and building components on J2EE platform 
- Good understanding of J2EE platform and hands on working experience in application servers 
such as Weblogic/ WebSphere/ JBoss. 
- Good understanding of best practices of software development with emphasis on J2EE 
platform 
- Experience in using/designing frameworks for building software 
- Very good grasp of web technology 6. Very good problem solving skills 
- Experience in programming with workflow and collaboration tools would be desirable 

Job Description: 
- Design and build framework / reusable components for project 
- Deliver quality components (fully tested) 
- Prepare design documents, and test plans 
- Assist developers in trouble shooting/ debugging/ problem solving 
- Will be using J2EE application servers, web servers, and also "open source" tools for building 
and testing framework/ reusable components 
- Interact with product management / product marketing team to understand product 
requirements 
- Interact with engineering/ software team 

- Annual Compensation: Between 6 to 12 lacs PA

J2EE Senior Software Engineer / Team Leaders  (SZM-5) 
==========================================

Location: Mumbai 

Experience: Should have more than 3 years of hard core IT experience. 

Job Specification:
- Expertise in J2EE/Java required.
- The individual should have experience with PDLC/SDLC and design experience. - Strong 
analytical, design, logical, co-ordination and management skills are required and familiarity with 
Rational tool will be a plus. 

Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding of use cases and product/project requirements. Design, development & review 
of code design.
- Working with Project Leads, Architects, DBA’s to create and achieve project plan, resource 
plan, costing & risk management plan. 

Annual Compensation: Between 4 to 8 lacs PA
