hi this is ashish,
 
as u are getting connection surely its ur problem with
IE browser
so try reinstalling IE  or 
(1)if u have windows xp as operating system 
do system restore to one month back when u were able
to connect to the internet
(2) perform msconfig as there might be some third
party programs running on your system that might be
disabled ur internet

do u have a spyware program installed
install one if u ever got any advertisement popups
