Maybe you would get a=20 better speed then.=20 - Try connecting to some of the "faster" sites like=20 http://www.rediff.com/ which seem to have fast (India-based)=20 servers... If you can see anything at all, great!=20 - (If you something like Linux installed on your machine, could you=20 try connecting from there?
