I've had it with data protection fudging. I want my files/data in Europe, preferably Ireland.

Hi all, With all the Wikileaks, NSA, GCHG &c. (ad nauseam), I've finally cracked. I want an email host that guarantees that my data will remain in Europe at all times. I would prefer that it remain in Ireland, since this way, my data doesn't have to pass over/through/under British soil (GCHQ). I realise that emails I send to Europe will probably pass through that channel, but short of my own sat-link, I probably can't prevent that. Are there any such services out there and does anyone have any recommendations? Another thought just struck me, is there any way of insisting on a particular routing or set of routings? I realise that TCP/IP probably makes that question non-sensical, but I'm just testing the waters here for any other ideas.
