Hi This is trying to find a technical solution to a political problem. Even if you had your own server you still have to interact with the rest of the world and when countries as powerful as the US, Russia, China and all the rest are determined to read your e-mails the only solution is to have access to an even grater power base. It is possible to assemble this power-base on the internet but it has to be willing to get involved in political action.
