How do I unsubscribe from this list?

I've tried to unsubscribe a few times. The message at the bottom says "send an email to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>". Well, I've done that. And I get a nice sensible response by e-mail, telling me to follow a link to confirm the unsubscription. When I click that link, however, it's a form telling me to /subscribe/, not /unsubscribe/. I'm on this list twice, with two different e-mail addresses. I'd like this e-mail address off it, if possible. But that does not seem to be possible.
