Howdy All, We are using an Ubuntu 14.04 server - kernel version 3.13.0-37-generic with LIO target service which is being used to hand out LUNS to ESXi machines over fibre channel and previously iSCSI. We are seeing an intermittent issue where all the ESXi servers slowly stop responding, and as a result we loose the VM's The following 3 lines are repeated over and over again in syslog & dmesg outputs on the Ubuntu box and the LIO target modules don't seem to respond anymore. We would like to be sure that we understand the problem and are taking the correct course of action. We are looking for a company or contractor that we can pay to look at our diagnostics so far and help us confirm this.
