Mid-level Linux sysadmin looking for a job in Ireland

Hi all, I would kindly ask you guys for suggestions regarding Linux job hunting for the Republic of Ireland. I'm a Linux sysadmin, currently living in Brazil but I do hold dual citizenship (German+Brazilian), therefore no work visa should be required. So, besides the obvious irishjobs website, what else would you suggest me to do in order to improve my chances? Any other not so well-known websites, groups, etc? I'm currently not based in Ireland, do you believe I would have significantly better chances if I move there first and then search for a Linux job or do you believe that it wouldn't really matter?
