I have had people review my CV, the latest incarnation being rebuilt by a 
manager at EMC...  I have 2 CVs, 1 for IT based work and the other for 
retail, bar, catering, etc (which I have also applied for).  I remember an 
occasion, in the UK I asked a manager (at a very well known company - 
mentioning no names...) for 5 minutes of his time and have a look at my 
CV.  He said he would have just 'binned' it, being no good - I was 
extremely pleased to tell him it was written entirely by another manager of 
one of his 'training' companies... :D

Btw, I live on the border of Cork and Tipperary, near Mitchelstown.
