Re: Disable auto updates manager on Centos

I know it's not the question you asked but.. 

Why not include the updates in the kickstart process?

In my case I locally mirror updates but assuming you have adequate
bandwidth fetching them from the internet should work just as well,
just adding one line to the kick-start file takes care of this  
E.G

# slipstream in updates
repo --name="centos_updates"  --baseurl=<url goes here> --cost=1000

Basically what then happens is that at install time updated packages
are installed instead of base image packages where available
