Backups

I'm looking at backups again and am wondering what's out there. I've looked at duplicity and rdiff-backup so far. Wondering if either of those might be good enough for fs backups with incrementals or if there are other good options. Note: the machines being backed up are Linux and OSX based. And OSX is optional. No need for backup systems that support VMS, CPM or other legacy OSs. My bandwidth is low so local backups are required.
