If you know anyone in the medical profession (dental, nursing, doctor etc.) then you might consider setting up a demo of GNU Health and demonstrating it to the owners and staff of any small business they work at.

You would likely not get many conversions but the goal would be to spread the word so that when setting up a new surgery or pharmacy etc. they might consider it.

Jamaica adopted the system nationwide a number of years ago, a presentation on that is below:

If someone was setting up a new business you could also mention GNU Cash, LibreOffice etc.
