motivations for this research?

a.2) would this research be later sold or handed over to a third party...?


b) what are the copyright and license terms of this research? where
will it be published? will it be freely available to the public?

b.1) have you or your university considered 'open access' publishing
of academic research work?

c) how do you wish to use this research further, or expect others to
use this research?

d) how do we verify and confirm that the survey is truly anonymous and
that the privacy of the participant is not violated, as claimed by
you?
