First major victory for FOSS in the US

Finally a higher court in the US has ruled that the Artistic Licence is 
not a contract, and that use of FOSS software is subject to complying 
by the terms of a normal copyright.  The ruling is also worth reading 
as it makes a number of strong points about FOSS in general.
