Thank for your email. I would have been a nice pleasure to participate
in this survey. But the requirement to install "ActiveX"  can't  be
met. I am using Linux (Ubuntu 13.04). Please suggest me what I can do
to participate in this survey, when my Computer is powered by Linux.
