[LIH] Command line PDF page extraction

Hi,

I am looking for some program/script/pointers to extract individual
pages from a PDF using command line preferably. I am not interested in
the text content of the pages but just indiviual pages as a whole. For
example if there are 60 pages in a PDF,  I want to extract all pages
and create 60 individual PDF files.

It will be great if the utility is capable of creating a single PDF
from multiple individual pages.

There are lot of PDF (in hundreds) where this has to be done.
