This seems reasonably straightforward and the redhat iscsi package has a
decent startup script.

If that doesn't work (it should work just fine though), as a last resort -
try mounting your lun in rc.local. That gets called at the end (after
network etc come up)

/etc/init.d/open-isci starttargets
sleep 10
mount -a -O _netdev

	srs
