[LIH] aria2 correct syntax

I use `aria2` to downlad the files:
aria2 -c   -s 2 -d=downloadDirName  http://url_of_the_file

It works , but I cannot  see that it is downloading a single  file in multi-segments ( 2 segments in this case ).
Is there something wrong ? Should file size be more than 1MB for it to work ?
