[LIH] linux load average....

I am running a mail server with user inboxes on NAS Box. Earlier
Whenever I used to check load average it used to be less than 1 for all
- 1,5 and 15 minutes. But now whenever I used to check load average
using uptime it is giving a very high value and is ever increasing. Does
it indicate any problem. Do I really need to worry. What is the remedy
to correct it.
