[LIH] iRedmail - Relay access denied

Hi friends, I have setup iRedmail on my linux box. I have created a user id using the postfixadmin provided by iRedmail. While trying to send a test mail, I am getting the following error, while sending thru telnet 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied and with roundcube webmail, I am getting the following error Jul 21 18:03:06 mail postfix/smtpd[5488]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[120.18.221.11]: 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied; from=<[email protected]> to=<ratnakar-Z2R/[email protected]> proto=ESMTP helo=<ratnakarkoli.com> Jul 21 18:05:05 mail getmail: getmailOperationError error (POP error (-ERR Authentication failed.)) Can someone please correct me what I could have possibly done wrong??? Thank you in advance.
