[LIH] Managing phone calls

Is there any software with with I can manage ph0ne calls, like:

1) From address book software should able to dial a number.
2) If someone calls, whose entry is not in address books, prompts the
user to add detail for that number.
3) Report me number of total minutes I called out and received calls,
report on the basis of number, day, or usage.
