[LIP] job: instant messenger application

I need the following project completed in the next few weeks.

The project required is an instant messenger for a website hosted on a 
linux server. how it works: web-site administrators should be able to 
initiate a private conversation with visitors staying on a particular web 
site more than 2 minutes. the administrator should have a panel that 
enables him/her to pretype & edit custom text, so that upon depressing one 
button the pre-typed text would appear - saving the admin the hassle of 
re-typing those phrases.  the administrator should be able to talk to an 
unlimited number of visitors.


delivery: upon successful demonstration of the instant messenger i will it 
will need to be uploaded to the same server as the site it's being designed 
for. I will need to be the owner of the code upon completion.
