RE: [LIP] signal ( ) versus sigaction ( )

|Could anybody please explain the difference between signal() and
|sigaction() function calls? I have found independent instances where
|these two are used for identical tasks and any potential differences
|weren't obvious to me.

Sigaction() offers more features than signal(). Refer the corresponding
man pages to learn the differences.
