Hi, I am having a crash in ixp400 lib. I have made a kgdb setup and compiled the lib with -g option and that size is so big that after insmod, I am getting a message "memory exhausted". So I have to get back to remote -g option. With out -g option I will not get bt in kgdb. Is there any way by which I can debug this problem. Heard that some stripping of that lib .o etc... can be done to debug. I didn't have proper inputs. I think this is a very common problem as targets doesn't give the luxary of compiling sources with -g option. Any suggestions will be thanked. regards Suresh V.V Suresh Kumar -- ______________________________________________ IndiaInfo Mail - the free e-mail service with a difference! www.indiainfo.com Check out our value-added Premium features, such as an extra 20MB for mail storage, POP3, e-mail forwarding, and ads-free mailboxes!
