The Dragon Book by Sethi, Aho,Ullman is the standard
book for what you are looking for.

Regarding math knowledge, Computer Science typically
doesn't need any math in depth, but one needs to have
mathematical maturity and a kind of puzzle solving
skills, and basic skills like what's called Discrete
Math. Hope that helps
