RE: [LIP] Query regarding Mobile computing.

It totally depends on what kind of Mobile device you are targeting. If
you are looking at SonyEricsson for example, you need to download the
SDK from the website and then use Java to program an interface for that.

There are pretty well documented APIs available to do this.

for mobile phones which allowes me to caputer image from the phone
then do some image processing like Mossiacing of the images on the
