[LIP] Ruby + soap4r - Error in setting soap property

Hi,
In ruby, while accessing my web service, I get the following error
saying at soap/property file, " bad URI(is not URI?):
#<SOAP::Property:0x2a9642af80>" , I am have updated my gems with
soap4r and http-access2, anyone have faced this problem, Plz shed ur
ideas to overcome this problem,

My code is as follows:

I get this error,
