I'm sorry Pankaj , what you have there is a FAKE realtek RTL 8139D chipset on that lan card from intex ....

http://vishalmanohar.wordpress.com/2007/07/03/trouble-with-fake-lan-card/

It is some chinese silan ( or who knows what ? ) chipset , sold by intex / zebronics etc . I do not know of a working Linux driver for it .
It is usually mis-detected by the OS as various things including a rtl8139D ..... 3c59x.o is the driver for the 3com 3c905/ 3c905b lan
chipset , which was one of the two best ever 10/100 lan cards made , and certainly NOT an intex :-) . The intex card hardly
even works with windows xp , with the company supplied driver . Point is you have been cheated on this card by the manufacturer , like
thousands of others . You need to go out and get yourself a good lan card like a real rtl8139d ( dlink netgear etc etc ) , and zippo ! your
problem solved .
Pinaki .
