I wonder how many mails must have bounced because of this restriction
on this list. I know my mails have bounced for this reason many times.
Maybe I am stupid for not figuring out the reason, but so are others.
Maybe a *lot* of useful mails never reached here and hence
conversation never started on them? Is this plain-text rule absolutely
necessary?
