No it isn't. In fact, this list hasn't been serving any purpose for
the past 3+ years. Now, for the linux users in Kolkata they may be:

- hitting other mailing lists
- have their own UGs
- going on Linux-India-Help (unlikely, because that's moribund too)
- getting things working_out_of_the_box
- more involved with ilug-cal.info
- non-existent

Each one of the above, however improbable, is possible. Why is that
difficult to accept ?
