Hi Binand,

Thanks for the information. Actually I tried to bind two different sockets to the same IP:port combination with both the options (i.e REUSEPORT and REUSEADDR), but Linux would not let me do that. I got a way out by writing a small driver which would accept all the packets destined for the IP:port and demultiplex it into the interested programs.
