Multiseat setup

Has anyone done a multi seat setup?

I am trying to do it with lightdm which is supposed to have built in
ability for multiseat.
I am able to get two mouse pointers but not independent.
I get two keyboards but working as one.
Both screens are controlled by one user  with one single login instead
of getting two independent lightdm login greeters.
