Is there any particular reason you want to connect to MTNL ADSL using
an internet PC card?

IMO, you'd be better off buying an external router/modem and connect
that to your desktop/laptop over the LAN or the WLAN port.
DLink and TPlink have devices compatible with MTNL ADSL service.
