Running a web server on a machine with private IP Address.

Hi,

I recently moved from Mumbai to Kolkata, where I have a fiber network 
connection who provided me with a private IP address for my machine. My 
local IP is 172.17.177.88 and the public IP is 45.250.245.79. My desktop 
is connected to a Wi-fi router with a DHCP host, which provides a IP to 
my desktop 192.168.1.46.

If I want to run a web server and mail server namely Apache and postfix 
on my machine, how do I configure my machine? Not running the machine 
24/7 will be a problem?

I run Fedora 32 64 bit GNU/Linux on my machine. Please let me know if 
any more information is required to answer my question.

I will be thankful for any pointers which I can read to understand the 
complexities.
