Hi,

Due to recent spams targetting this mailing list, I have changed the
rule to hold everything for moderation from now on.

I have asked owners of this list to moderate spams last month itself.
Unfortunately that didn't happen. So in order to save our instance
from distributing spam, I've changed the rule.
