It take it back (perhaps). http://www.cbnco.com/hr/hr-about.php Prior to this updated webpage -- approximately six months ago and before, they stated that they had hiring goals committed to ensure that their workforce reflected a genetic mix of the community at large. Whether they hired someone that changed that policy, or whether they simply reworded it to sound better, I do not know.
