Hi;

Has anyone recently purchased a TV Tuner card that works successfully
with Linux and Rogers Cable? I.e. TVTime or MythTV, plus v4l and/or
bttv drivers?

I received an ATI Wonder Theater 550 card as a gift a couple of years
back and no Linux drivers have been developed for it -- although it
works fine in WindowsXP. If you have recently heard of such a Linux
driver for it, please let me know.

Meanwhile I am looking at replacing it with an Hauppage WinTV-HVR-1800.
I have looked at various "hardware supported" sites, and this particular
model seems iffy. The Hauppage specs don't give the chip used.

I am not locked into this card. I just want to get my cable TV onto my
Linux system. Therefore, all suggestions gratefully received.
