Cybersurf/igs/3web woes

Hi,

So what is the story on this internet provider? Are they going out of 
business?

I left them about 6 months ago for a much much better provider.Cybersurf 
was total crap, crap service, crap support.

Yet they seem to think I am still with them and they want money.

Anyone else having this same problem?
