Who cares! Don't put up with them. Don't work for them or encourage them
by giving them your money!

with Bhell.

Of course. They hire complete idiots. (I wince, as my Bell ADSL lost
network connectivity today and is still not up. Anyone else experiencing
this? And why am I giving them my money!? Ok, it's a pretty solid
connection 99% of the time, and I like some redundancy of two different
suppliers)

If Bhell.

Nonsense!

Prove it. Maybe having competent support people means a company can get
through more calls faster, with fewer, better paid people, and make more
money.

Realistic? Really? Contrast Bhell with this:

Do you see a multitude of OS and applications on this page? Yes! Win98 to
BSD!

I just called TekSavvy's *24 hour* telephone customer support line. I
waited but a minute to get a friendly support person this time, which was
long for them.

I asked the support person if they required specific OS or client SW to
diagnose a client problem.

"No."

"So you wouldn't require, for example, Outlook on a specific operating
system in order to diagnose an email problem?"

"Not at all. We might have to wing it, if we weren't familiar with that
application, say kmail - like do you see an account box somewhere?, but we
can work with anything."

Their prices are also very reasonable.

An example of their incredible support: years ago I had a second DSL line
installed (first is Bell ADSL) and then got so busy that I couldn't finish
setting up the host. Teksavvy called me a month later.

"We noticed there was no traffic on your line this past month. Are you
having a problem ? Can we help you with anything ?"

<sound of jaw hitting floor>

Unbelievably good service. I can't say enough good about TekSavvy.

www.teksavvy.com
Their name really says it all.
