Looks like TekSavvy do - I have used them for ~2 years now and I am very happy with them. Have had 2 or 3 outages in that entire time, and twice I called up tech support and the phone was answered within seconds and they were already aware of an issue in my area and had a ticket in (I assume with Bell) to get it fixed. www.teksavvy.com Always get fast browsing/downloads and my connection flatlines @ 550kB/sec when downloading from newsgroups.. (.. I read a lot of news..)
