Curiously, I couldn't find this. I looked in Network Settings, and Network 
Tools. I found settings for the interface (eth0 in my case) and IPV4 and IPV6 
were listed, but I couldn't get properties for them. I could select the 
protocol, but neither left-, nor right- clicking on it would bring up any IPV4 
settings.

My problem is solved now, but I'm still curious to find this, if you know where 
it is.
