Re: Blacklisted Shell Script?

Brad, instead, I moved the "test" script into the same directory as the 
now "non-functioning" script, also entering it into my crontab. The test 
script functions as expected. No joy on the one that started this post.

Scripts are headed by #!bin/sh and are chmod 700

Putting a few debug lines in there? Into a script the OS refuses to see? 
Before I do that I'll explore the debugger options in `man sh`. 
Tomorrow. Unless something else presents itself.

In any case, expect a SOLVED post here when I tame this beast.
