I do, forced to switch from Sympatico because they changed their 
agreement, to prohibit running any services such as a web-server.

FreeNet has no such restriction, and even suggests sharing a DSL 
connection with your (nearby) neighbours to reduce your costs.

I am very happy with NCF, and at $30/month am saving considerable over 
what Bell was charging me.
