Good experience at PC Cyber !

Hi;

I am usually not shy about passing on info or warnings about
overpricing, poor service or shoddy workmanship.  So to be fair, when
the opposite happens I should pass that along too.

On Friday the power supply box on one of my computers completely packed
it in.  After some looking around, I took the machine into PC Cyber on
Wellington Street for repairs Saturday afternoon.  They replaced the
power box overnight at a competitive price and with friendly good
humour.  I picked the machine up on Sunday.

I have watched PC Cyber grow over the last four or five years from a
hole in the wall operation to several outlets in Ottawa and now
expanding out of the city.  In my view they have earned that growth.

So..  If you haven't already -- give them a try.
