#1 reason why I switched to NCF from Bell DSL

I just received another of those unilaterally changed "Service Agreement 
– Bell Internet Dial-up service (the “Service Agreement”)" for my 
Occasional Use Dial-up account.

Although I find this rather amusing in the context of a dial-up service, 
here's the #1 reason for my switch in DSL provider. (IIRC the wording 
was identical for their DSL service.) Bell says:

Network / Security
In addition to the general terms set out above, you are prohibited from 
using the Service for
activities that include, but are not limited to:

· Running and/or hosting server applications including but not limited 
to HTTP, FTP, POP,
SMTP, Proxy/SOCKS, and NNTP.
---------
""
Although the Sympatico technical service person I talked with when 
terminating my DSL service assured me I was at no risk with hosting my 
vanity web-sites here using their DSL service, I was not comfortable 
with that Sword of Damocles ... devout coward that I am.
