The price on their web store is slightly lower than you see them in the stores. They pay for the return shipping via the UPS store (the return authorization paperwork is in the package they ship). I traded two 6 year old UPSs for three new ones about 6 months ago. They arrived in a week, and I shipped the old ones back in the same boxes. I am very happy with my 3 APC UPSs. In a rural area, we get hit often with short outages. I have yet to lose a drive or any work. -- Glenn Henshaw Ottawa, Canada Email: [email protected] -- OCLUG general discussion list [email protected] http://oclug.on.ca/mailman/listinfo/oclug
