Walt,

you might want to elaborate on steps 2 and 3. They are cryptic to laypeople.

I think Mrs. Charette could use some on-site help, perhaps some hands-on 
tutelage so that she doesn't feel alone and threatened by the machine.

I provide such on-site services, however as luck would have it, I am 
currently swamped with work and unfortunately I cannot take on another 
client.
