Hi Dave I remember why I didn't take it a few years ago. At that time they were way behind RedHat, like 6 months. It seemed to be due to issues internally. And the old version they had was so out of date, to me as a desktop user, that I did not want to take it. I think RedHat 6 was due, so 5.x was already old. I think they have reorganized. For servers, I would be more patient. But I have moved to Debian distros, mainly because I am not a sysadmin anymore in my work roles, and I appreciate the apt universe. :-) Rob >________________________________ > From: Dave <[email protected]> >To: Howard Krakower <[email protected]> >Cc: General Membership Discussion List <[email protected]> >Sent: Friday, April 27, 2012 3:11:25 PM >Subject: Re: [oclug] Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin is there ! > >Thank you gentlemen.
