Good CANADIAN domain registrars ?

I'm looking for a new registar for my domains, after becoming increasing
unhappy with DomainsAtCost.ca (located here in Ottawa.)

For one example, their stupid "new improved" domain manager hides the 
expiry date of a domain, so you have to drill down to see it, instead of 
scanning all your domains at the top level. I have my theories as to why 
they do that. But those are cynical speculation so I'll spare you. ;-)

DomainsAtCost.ca also has a long-standing problem with name server changes 
NOT getting pushed to CIRA, forcing a phone call to request that.

Their online chat never works and they make it a hassle to complain... 
so they get what they deserve: I'm sharing my experience here instead of 
with them. And leaving.

Any recommendations for a CANADIAN owned and physically based registrar 
that you are personally using and satisfied with are most welcomed. Please 
feel free to tell me/us why they are great.
