You actually managed to get HP to refund you for the redundant Windows
operating system!!!  WOW.   :)

Congratulations.

You have set a legal and historic precedent. I am sure Microsoft will soon
be listening in to this board, if they know you are writing here. Now we
know that HP is a company we seriously can consider Above Average. I am
beginning to feel love for HP....
